Pilanesberg Accommodation Reservation Request

Kgorogoro Lodge is rented out, subject to availability, on  a daily rate for the entire lodge which sleeps a maximum of 10 people in 5 bedrooms. 2012 Rates are as follows:

Adults : per person per night R750
Kids under 12 years : pppn R500
Lodge per night for 10 adults R7 500
Min rate per night for the lodge :R4500

Cancellations and Refunds

For cancellations up to 60 days ahead of occupation date, 90% of rate refunded
For cancellations from 59 – 15 days ahead of occupation date, 50% of rate refunded
For cancellations 15 days or less ahead of occupation date, no refund.
Guests are required to pay a breakage deposit prior to occupation.
